The event had a few things going for it, and the atmosphere was decent, but overall it was kind of a frustrating day. There were queues pretty much everywhere, the seats weren’t great, and the staff didn’t seem all that helpful when we needed them.

"Such a great vibe at the event"
I went to the All England and, the atmosphere was fantastic. The crowd had just the right kind of energy, loud, excited, and really into it without feeling over the top. You could properly feel the tension during the close matches, and even when I didn’t know all the players, it was easy to get swept up in the moment. It felt like a real big sporting occasion and made for a seriously fun day out.

The order itself turned out fine, and I’m happy enough with what I received, but the communication after placing the order wasn’t great. I had to chase them for updates instead of being kept in the loop, which was a bit frustrating. A little more proactive communication would’ve made the experience much better

Support got back to me quickly, so I’ll give them that. But I felt like I had to explain the same issue again and again, which got annoying. The reply was fast, sure, but repeating myself over and over made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

But the times and match details were actually spot on, and the updates lined up with what was happening at the arena. Saved me from jumping between a bunch of other pages, so credit where it’s due.

The snacks and drinks were really good, and it felt like a small pick-me-up in the middle of the day. A bit pricey though, so I’d probably save it for when I’m treating myself rather than grabbing something every time.

I went on the site just to check match times, and somehow it turned into a whole detective mission. The schedule was confusing, updates seemed to show up late, and half the time I couldn’t tell which court had actually changed. I kept refreshing like the fate of my day depended on it, then ended up checking other places too just to make sure. For such a big event, I really expected the schedule to be way easier to follow.

"Entry was fine, but the queues could be better"
Overall, I had a decent day, but getting in was more frustrating than it needed to be. As someone who goes to a fair few big events, I’m used to queues, but this one felt slower than expected and it wasn’t very clear where we were supposed to go at first. The staff were friendly enough once we reached the front, so no complaints there. It just felt like the entry process could have been organised a lot better. Not a terrible experience, but I did expect it to run more smoothly.

"Really impressed with how the crowds were managed"
I went to the All England Badminton this year, and as someone who usually gets a bit stressed in big crowds, I was genuinely surprised by how smoothly everything was handled.

The queues kept moving, the stewards were easy to find, and getting in and out between matches never felt chaotic. Even the busy areas around the food stands and toilets stayed calm, which made a big difference.

There was a short wait after the evening session, but with that many people leaving at once, that felt normal. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and like the whole day was really well organised.
